This greenfield project involved managing workshops to eastablish the detail allowing the creation of IA, task models, user journeys and accompanying UI. Iterative wireframing laid the foundation for interactive prototypes, that in turn steered the work of the developers.
This UI is designed to render its layout and page elements for the optimal display for the device being used.
The goal of determining the most appropriate content for users’ needs through research and planning, forms the basis of content design. To this end, I conducted user research for one of the larger London local authorities, to improve their online information services.

This new feature development for a local authority mobile-first application, demonstrates how a standard desktop HTML table can be styled so that it reconfigures into a series of single item tables, much more suited to a smartphone screen.
